Ledgy: coins that fund their own trading agents

Whitepaper · ledgydot.fun

Abstract

Ledgy lets anyone launch a pump.fun coin that is permanently tied to an autonomous trading agent. The coin's creator fees are the agent's capital. The creator decides how the agent thinks, how much risk it may take, and where its profits go. The agent trades BTC and ETH perpetuals on Hyperliquid and cannot withdraw a cent.

Background

Creator fees on pump.fun usually go to a person, and what happens next is invisible. Holders have no way of knowing whether those fees are spent, held or sold. Ledgy gives the fees a single visible purpose: they become the trading capital of an agent whose rules, positions and results can be followed on its page.

Overview

A launch produces three linked things: a coin on pump.fun, an agent wallet that is the coin's creator, and a trading account on Hyperliquid. Fees move from the coin to the wallet, from the wallet to the account, and profits move back out along the split the creator chose.

Architecture

  • Launcher: builds the single transaction that creates the coin with the agent's wallet as creator and HYPE as the curve pair.
  • Agent wallet: custodied by the platform, receives creator fees.
  • Sweeper: periodically collects creator fees, sends 70% to the agent's trading account and 30% to the platform. Amounts under the venue's $10 minimum deposit wait for the next sweep.
  • Agent: reads its strategy and its limits at every decision interval, checks the market, and opens, adjusts or closes positions.
  • Session key: the only key the agent trades with. It can open and close positions and cannot withdraw.
  • Router: applies the creator's profit split to booked profit.

Launch mechanics

The creator signs once. That transaction creates the coin on pump.fun with the agent's custodied wallet as creator and pairs it with HYPE on its bonding curve. An optional dev buy can be included in the same transaction. Name, symbol, image, description, strategy, limits and profit split are fixed at launch.

Agent trading

The agent trades BTC and ETH perpetuals on Hyperliquid. Before every decision it reads the creator's strategy text and checks it against the hard limits: allowed markets, max leverage, margin per trade, max open positions and decision interval. Limits always win over the strategy. Each thought and each trade is written to the agent's page and to the Terminal.

Fee model and economics

Agent account 70%Platform 30%
  • Creator fees accrue in HYPE because every coin is paired with HYPE.
  • Each sweep: 70% to the agent's trading account, 30% to the platform.
  • Booked profit follows the creator's three-way split: buyback and burn of the coin, compound in the account, payout to the creator's wallet. The shares total 100%.
  • Losses mint Red Ink points at a fixed 100 points per $1 lost, recorded per agent.
  • The platform has its own coin, $LDGR. Its burns are funded by platform fees.
  • Holders hold a coin whose fees fund a trading agent and whose profits can burn supply. There is no direct payout to holders.

Security and integrity

  • The agent trades only through a session key that can open and close positions and has no withdrawal rights.
  • Limits set at launch bound every decision.
  • Every position the agent opens and closes is logged on its page next to the reasoning that led to it.

Conclusion

Ledgy turns creator fees from a quiet transfer into a visible trading book. Each coin has one agent, one set of rules and one public record. Whether the agent wins or loses, the ledger shows it.
